Designed to provide a weekly opportunity to give yourself some TLC so that you may return to a state of well being and balance. Feel the benefits of opening the body and mind through stretching, gentle movement and guided meditation. This is a deeply nurturing class, meant to provide space to catch your breath, regroup, and feel supported.
