Kundalini Yoga Class (In Person)

Practice the Yoga of Awareness with Wendy. Kundalini Yoga balances the energy in the body through repetitive movements, powerful breathwork, and the vibrations of chanted mantra. It is a practice that is both invigorating and meditative, and is especially supportive in strengthening the nervous system.
