
Join Wendy (via Zoom) to practice the Yoga of Awareness. Kundalini Yoga balances the energy in the body through repetitive movements, powerful breathwork, and the vibrations of chanted mantra. It is a practice that is both invigorating and meditative, and is especially supportive in strengthening the nervous system. Zoom link will be sent via email prior to class.
